All Kelley students are required to take three courses in addition the the I-Core prerequisites and the I-Core semester courses:

• ECON–E 202 Macroeconomics (3 cr) or ECON–S 202 (Honors) P: ECON-E 201or ECON-S 201. This course may be taken at any time after E201 and is required prior to graduation.  It is also required prior to participating in a summer or semester-long Kelley study abroad program.
• BUS–J 375 Strategic Management or BUS–J 376 (Honors) P: Honors I-Core. Students must be in the Business Honors Program to take Z376. Some study abroad programs include a business strategy course that may be used to fulfill this requirement.
• BUS–L 375 Ethics and the 20th Century Business Leader or BUS–L 376 (Honors) P or C: I-Core. Students must be in the Hutton Honors College or the Business Honors Program to take L376. Some study abroad programs include a business ethics course that may be used to fulfill this requirement.
